SHRADHA is a non-profit organization established in December 1999, dedicated to the service and empowerment of Persons with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (PwIDDs), Persons with Disabilities (PwDs), and other weaker sections of society. SHRADHA has been a beacon of hope for both children and adults requiring special needs for over two decades.
The organization runs Shradha’s Therapeutic and Rehabilitation Centre, which has been functioning since 2016 with the continuous support of the SSEPD Department, Government of Odisha, providing specialized care to more than 40 children with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDDs). Alongside, its Community-Based Rehabilitation (CBR) programme reaches out to rural and tribal areas, focusing on enhancing the quality of life and promoting the rights and inclusion of individuals with disabilities within their own communities.
With the tireless efforts of its dedicated team, parents, and well-wishers, SHRADHA continues to work towards a society where every individual regardless of ability is valued, respected, and given equal opportunities to live with dignity and independence.

To provide therapeutic, educational, and vocational rehabilitation services for children and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
To promote community-based rehabilitation (CBR) programs empowering PwDs and their families in rural and tribal areas.
